Design

The design of Art House is a culmination of an extensive portfolio spanning 20 years for the national architecture and interior design practice of ROTHELOWMAN.

The building’s facade is immediately recognisable creating an iconic and singular vision for the Hope Street development with the quality expected of a Mirvac project. The simplicity, elegance and legibility of the wrapping motif provide an addition to the South Brisbane skyline that will truly define the precinct. The architecture seeks to set a new benchmark for Brisbane tower and apartment design that will retain a sense of longevity and timelessness.

The interiors of Art House have been designed to create an edgy apartment product, that reflects the buildings architectural designed façade, creating its own unique identity appealing to a diverse customer taste.

Art House comprises a diverse mix of one and two-bedroom apartments with floorplans including a range of features such as media spaces, private ensuite bathrooms, and bathrooms with either bath or shower arrangements. The range of apartment types allows for flexible living arrangements for individuals, families and investors.
